Our 3 bedroom unit is in the north wing of the Pinnacle Port Tower building on the first floor. First floor tower units are raised 1 1/2 levels with private parking below (we do not own one). All units in the tower are of the townhouse configuration 2 levels. The downstairs balcony views the fishing/boating pier on Lake Powell. The upstairs balcony, off the master bedroom views the gulf toward Carillon Beach.
The unit may be accessed by one of 3 elevators in the center of the tower or by stairways at either end of the wing. The indoor/outdoor pool is just minutes from this unit and the gulf just steps more. Depending on a given situation. This unit can sleep from eight to ten persons. Downstairs is a king and 3/4 bath (sink, shower and stool) there is also a queen size sofa sleeper. Up stairs is a bedroom with 2 full sized beds and in the connecting hallway a second 3/4 bath also find the gulf view bedroom with a second king and a full bath.

Total=3 bedrooms......2 3/4 baths 1 full bath. All bedrooms have big screens and private WIFI. A fourth big screen in the common area with a DVD collection, all expected cooking needs are in the kitchen as well as nonbreakable cups for pool use. There is a full size washer/dryer in a closet off the kitchen area with a fixed hanging bar.
DAILY RATES...... I do not rent by the day but for comparison purposes and your "by owner" vacation value at Pinnacle Port I ask you to question the total amount (tax, fees, cleaning) included in a rate stated....DAILY....you might compare it...x 7 days... to my in-full amount. Our average payment-in-full amount follows the weekly payment-in-full amount $xxx.xx/$xxx.xx/$xxx.xx
We accept personal checks, bank drafts and PayPal......we do not accept the charge for PP which results in @ 3% fee to you. In the event that PP is chosen your contract lists a payment-in-full amount for PP use.

There is a minimum rental age of 26 years of age, no pets (pet free zone), no smoking or vaping, $200.00 refundable deposit expected within 5 days of booking. Any cancellation reflects a $75.00 loss of deposit...any cancellation within 3 weeks of the contracted date of arrival requires total loss of all deposit monies. After receiving the deposit a contract will be sent. Rental payment-in-full is expected 3 weeks prior to contracted day of arrival when entry package will be sent. We are key less entry with private coded WIFI. Personal or bank checks are accepted. We also accept limited credit cards via PayPal. Deposits will be returned when departure condition of unit has been noted by cleaning service. PayPal service fees are not accepted......added cost @ 3.0%...i.e. $200.00 = $206.27........deposit will be returned by my check @ $200.00....payment-in-full option on contract.
