Where is our 2 bedroom
Our 2 bedroom single level beachfront condo rental by owner is in the C2 building...... the fourth midrise from the tower or third from the west end of Pinnacle Port. We are located on the fifth floor. Each of the 7 floors have a total of 4 units. There are 2 stair cases on each midrise building and one elevator for each.

We offer one king bed in this gulf side condo rental bedroom with a full bath with double sinks on a single counter...sleeps 2. The second bedroom offers 1 queen one twin single with a full bath...sleeps 3. In the living room is an enhanced queen size sofa sleeper...sleeps 2 There is a very complete kitchen with stacked washer/dryer in the closet. Large screen in the common area and smaller ones in the bedrooms with DVD players.

The 2 bedroom is about 40 seconds from the elevator to the beach for children...if you are carrying the cooler and chairs a bit longer. Parking is always easy around this building. we are very close to the outdoor pool and tennis courts as well as a children's play area and covered grilling/picnic area

All rentals are Sat. to Sat. There is a minimum rental age of 26 years of age, no pets (pet free zone), no smoking or vaping, $200.00 refundable deposit / prepayment expected within 5 days of booking. Any cancellation reflects a $75.00 loss of deposit / prepayment...any cancellation within 3 weeks of the contracted date of arrival requires total loss of all deposit / prepayment monies. After receiving the deposit a contract will be sent. Rental payment-in-full is expected 3 weeks prior to contracted day of arrival when entry package will be sent. We are key less entry with private coded WIFI. Personal or bank checks are accepted. We also accept limited credit cards via PayPal.
Stated prices for rental dates may change at any time on non contracted dates.
Complete weekly rates (tax, cleaning and fees included) pricing begin at $1456.00 to a 6 season high of $2500.00. A refundable deposit ($200.00) may be added or a prepayment of $200.00 will be required.
Rate change dates are as follow....REMEMBER ALL COSTS OF YOUR RENTAL ARE INCLUDED IN THE STATED RATE.
